Pakistan wicketkeeper-batter Mohammad Rizwan has approached the International Cricket Council’s Anti-Corruption Unit (ICC ACU) for clarification about the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency’s (NCCIA) ongoing inquiry.
Reports say Rizwan contacted the ICC ACU after the NCCIA seized his mobile phone during Pakistan’s England tour. He asked whether ICC or England and Wales Cricket Board officials knew about the action and whether the process followed the ICC Anti-Corruption Code.
